An industry configuration of Revnory Apps

Turn weekly shoppers into known customers.

Weekly deals, digital coupons and loyalty in your own branded app — with department-level purchase behaviour feeding a CRM that finally tells you who shops with you and how often.

The loop

A saved offer is the start of a customer record.

The moment someone saves a coupon and then uses it, the basket stops being anonymous — and everything downstream becomes possible.

  1. 01Customer saves an offer in the app
  2. 02They shop their usual store
  3. 03They identify at checkout
  4. 04The basket enters the CRM by department
  5. 05Behaviour updates their segments
  6. 06Next week's offer reflects what they actually bought
Grocery intelligence

A points card does not know what a produce shopper is.

Grocery needs rules a generic loyalty programme cannot express. These are built in rather than worked around.

Departments, not just totals

A produce shopper and a bakery shopper are different customers. Behaviour is tracked at department level, so offers can be too.

Eligible and excluded categories

Loyalty rules that respect what can and cannot earn or discount — alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, pharmacy — configured per programme.

Store affinity and multi-store shopping

Which store someone treats as theirs, and which ones they also visit. Promotions can follow the pattern instead of fighting it.

The weekly rhythm

Grocery runs on a weekly cycle. Deals, coupons and campaigns are built around it rather than bolted onto a generic calendar.

On integrations: Revnory Grocery is designed to integrate with the POS, loyalty and ordering systems supermarkets already run. Each connection is scoped as implementation work for your specific provider — we will tell you what is involved for yours rather than claiming it works out of the box.

How it works

From an anonymous sale to a customer who comes back.

Five steps, and the whole platform exists to make the third one possible.

  1. 01

    Customer uses your app

They install it because it holds something they want — offers, rewards, their account.

  2. 02

    They identify at the transaction

At the till or the pump, the purchase is linked to a person instead of a terminal.

  3. 03

    Revnory connects the two

The transaction lands on that customer's record, with what they bought and where.

  4. 04

    The CRM learns

Purchase behaviour, visit frequency and location affinity build up per customer.

  5. 05

    The next offer fits

Segments and automations send something relevant, instead of the same promotion to everyone.

The platform behind the app

The app is what they see. This is what you get.

Every transaction made through the app lands on a customer record — what they bought, which location, how often they come back. That is what makes a segment possible, and a segment is what makes the next message worth sending. Interface shown is an illustrative example, not real business data.

What you get

One platform, eight moving parts.

The app is one surface. These are the pieces behind it that make it worth having.

Branded Customer App

Your brand in your customers' pockets, on iOS and Android.

  • Your name, your colours, your app — not a Revnory-branded shell
  • Customer account and digital member identity
  • Offers, coupons and rewards in one place
  • Location finder with per-location services
  • Saved offers and purchase history
  • Push notifications

Customer Identity

The piece that turns an anonymous sale into a known customer.

  • A member identity the customer presents at the till or pump
  • Transactions attached to a person, not just a terminal
  • One customer across every location they visit
  • Home-location affinity without asking them to declare one

Loyalty & Offers

Rewards that reflect what someone actually buys.

  • Points, rewards and tiers
  • Targeted and personal offers
  • Category and department rules, including excluded items
  • Per-location and regional promotions
  • Offer engagement tracked per customer

Customer Platform

The CRM the app reports into, and the reason any of it matters.

  • Customer profiles with real purchase behaviour
  • Visit history and frequency
  • Segmentation on what people buy and when
  • Campaigns across push, SMS and email
  • One record per customer, not one per channel

Automations

The next relevant message, sent without anyone remembering to.

  • Transaction and behaviour triggers
  • Inactivity and win-back triggers
  • Reward milestone triggers
  • Location-based triggers
  • Personalised follow-up per segment

Multi-Location

Built for operators running more than one building.

  • Location groups and regional targeting
  • Different services and offers by location
  • Location-level performance
  • Customer movement between locations

Analytics

The numbers that tell you whether people came back.

  • Active and returning customers
  • Repeat visit rate
  • Average basket and basket mix
  • Offer and campaign performance
  • Segment and location comparison

Integrations

Designed to connect to the systems you already run.

  • Designed to integrate with POS and payment systems
  • Designed to integrate with existing loyalty programmes
  • Designed to integrate with ordering providers
  • Each integration is scoped as implementation work, not a switch

One location or a hundred

The same platform runs a single site, a regional operator and a multi-location chain. What changes is location groups, per-location offers, regional targeting and the analytics that only matter once you have more than one building.

A pilot in about 30 days

Launch a production-ready pilot in approximately 30 days after required system access, credentials, assets and approvals are available. That is a real pilot on real customers — enterprise integrations and a full multi-location rollout follow in phases once the pilot proves out.

Custom implementation, monthly platform

Pricing depends on your integrations, how many locations you run and what the app needs to do, so we quote it after understanding your setup rather than publishing a package price.

One platform, adapted to your industry

Built around your business, not around a template.

Revnory Apps is the platform. An industry configuration is how it is set up for a particular kind of business — the rules, rewards, reporting and app surfaces that industry actually needs. Fuel and grocery are the first two we have configured in depth.

The platform is built around loyalty, offers, customer identity and repeat visits, so it suits any business customers come back to — Retail, Restaurants, Fitness, Hospitality and Multi-location services among them. Those are not separate products: we would configure Revnory Apps for your business the same way we did for the first two.

See Revnory Grocery on your own stores.

Tell us how many stores you run, what your POS is and how your weekly deals work today. We will show you what the platform would do with it.
